You asked for it and now we are delivering! Salexis Wines is pleased to announce that once again, we are producing Merlot. This concentrated wine rivals its Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon counterparts. The small plot of Merlot is grown in the Carneros district of the Napa Valley, which is known for its great acidity and more intense flavors.
The 2019 Salexis Merlot offers the aromas and fresh fruit flavors of cherries, raspberries and plums, and is balanced with toasty French oak characters. This wine pairs well with red and robust flavored dishes. It will continue to develop for 10 to 15 years.
